Recruiting process

1. Resume screening

It is the process to determine whether a candidate is qualified for a role based his/her education, experience, and other information captured on the resume.

2. Aptitude test (Online)/Interview

Aptitude test is to evaluate the job candidate's abilities to perform specific tasks and react to a range of different situations. It takes about 30 minutes.  After the test, you will have job interviews with the department, HR, and executives. 

3. Job Offer

We will explain the working conditions and our personnel system at the offer meeting.
